Description

• Gather business requirements for Japan and Asia and create BRDs/FSDs
• Collaborate with business managers, sales, and research teams to propose new features
• Design solutions including UI/UX, database schema, and data feeds
• Manage backlog and coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery
• Organise UAT and provide user training for smooth implementation
• Provide Level 2 & 3 user support and escalate issues to development teams
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and support budgeting/vendor discussions
• Independently lead CRM or generative AI projects in the medium to long term

• Experience in business analysis, design, development, and testing for application projects
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
