【Product Owner】Greenfield AI Product

The team tackles large-scale, real-world problems in a highly manual domain, combining enterprise stability with startup-like autonomy.

They are hiring a Product Owner to own the vision and backlog of their core digital product, bridging business and engineering to drive product direction and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Manage the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to validate hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with management, sales, and engineering teams
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release planning

Requirements

• 3y+ experience in product management and product planning
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into products
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Agile / Scrum knowledge
• IT or digital product literacy (IT passport or higher)
• Marketing or market analysis experience
