The Opportunity: This pivotal role ensures the efficient, high-quality and compliant production of advanced process equipment. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure all manufacturing processes meet stringent cGMP, safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating the factory's development strategy. Be responsible for short-term and long-term decision-making and strategy within the functional domain, significantly impacting the achievement of medium- and long-term goals. Coordinate and deploy the implementation of various functional departments.
• Take charge of product quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize the company's management and production processes to enhance operational and resource utilization efficiency on the basis of a sound management system.
• Develop and continuously refine the company's internal control processes and systems to ensure their rationality and effectiveness, thereby elevating the company's institutional management level.
• Keep abreast of internal and external dynamics within the company and the industry, provide timely feedback and constructive suggestions, guide and control the direction and progress of company operations, and be accountable for the outcomes.
• Establish standardized and efficient management systems and work processes. Build a talent pipeline and assemble a high-performing management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in biopharmaceuticals, medicine, medical devices, business administration, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of manufacturing management experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a management representative
• Familiarity with management standards and systems in the industry. Have a mature understanding of the current state and development trends of the industry and be well-versed in industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and social networking abilities.
• Language: Professional English proficiency and Thai required. Mandarin proficiency is NOT a prerequisite for this role.
