募集要項
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
- Establish recruitment processes for building the initial workforce.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments during the startup phase.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.- Create a positive work culture and handle employee relations issues effectively.
Design onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Implement performance management systems.
Plan training and development programs to upskill employees.- Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Manage payroll and related HR administration.
Job Requirement:
- Passionate and enthusiastic to be part of a newly setup team
- Strong hands-on capability in HR functions
- Able to work in fast-paced and self-driven environment
- Willing to travel overseas when required
