• ビジネス部門、共通サービス、デリバリーチームと連携し、システム開発プロジェクトを推進

• 品質・コスト・スケジュール・スコープを意識したプロジェクト計画および進捗管理

• システム開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）全体におけるITプログラムチームの支援・リード

• プロジェクト課題・リスクの特定および対応策の実行

• 複数ステークホルダー間の調整および円滑なコミュニケーション推進

• コンサルティング／SI環境におけるクライアントフェーシングPMO業務

PMO position within P&C Insurance solutions, responsible for end-to-end IT project delivery for Japanese clients.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, shared services, and delivery teams to plan and execute system development projects

• Lead project planning and execution across schedule, cost, quality, and scope

• Support and coordinate IT program teams throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders

• Act as a client-facing PMO within a consulting and delivery environment

• IT／システム開発プロジェクトにおけるPMOまたはプロジェクト管理経験

• 日本顧客向けベンダーサイドプロジェクトへの参画経験（3年以上）

• ステークホルダーマネジメントおよび調整能力

• Experience in PMO or IT project management roles within system development projects

• 3+ years of vendor-side project experience for Japanese customers

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC

• Ability to collaborate effectively with local delivery teams

• Excellent communication skills

• Native-level Japanese proficiency
