Designation - Assistant Manager - SQA
Location - Neemrana, Rajasthan
Job Description -
- Verification of incoming parts and Inspection reports.
- Preparing layout plan , child parts 3rd party testing plan.
- Raised QPR to supplier for defect and collect evidence for closer.
- Attend all line concern due to BOP parts and resolve after coordinate with supplier.
- Supplier process/ Process audit and improvement.
- Countermeasure Verification of supplier after QPR closer.
- Responsible for process verification at supplier end during NG parts incoming from supplier.
- Responsible NPD Jig, Fixer, Gauge Verification supplier end.
- New parts development/Process validation at supplier end.
