- Using specialized equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map land features, property boundaries, and other physical features for various purposes like construction
- Work with CAD System, creating, modifying and releasing drawing under direct supervision from Sectioned Architect
- Field Surveys: Conducting surveys on-site to collect data on land features, elevations, and boundaries.
- Data Collection: Using surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, levels) to gather precise measurements and data.
- Boundary Determination: Accurately determining and marking property boundaries for legal and construction purposes
- Project Planning: Providing survey data and information to engineers, architects, and other professionals for project planning and design
- Compliance: Ensuring that all surveys and measurements comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of survey data, maps, and reports.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other professionals, such as engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Researching land records and historical data to support survey work & Maintaining and calibrating surveying equipment.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's / College Degree/B. Tech Civil
- Preferably with at least 4–7 years experience in the related field.
- With extensive knowledge in Auto CAD, 2D
- Willing to do site supervision in every assigned projects.
- Knowledgeable on High Rise building and factory designs
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and database.
- Strong communication skills and fast learner.
- Strong Sense of responsibility to level, marking, survey data, accuracy, point checking as per approved drawing
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Certified Course of Auto AD
4 to 7 Year in the Relevant Field
