PR/159940 | Payment Operation Analyst (Remittance)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle operational and administrative tasks, including clearing and settlement for local and international remittance transactions such as RENTAS and SWIFT. 

• Perform multi-tasking duties and provide support to other teams within the business unit, coordinating with various departments to resolve local investigations. 

• Assist with ad hoc and administrative assignments as required. 

• Ensure adherence to remittance policies, manuals, guidelines, and service level agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in the banking industry. 

• Experienced in banking operations, foreign currency remittance, foreign exchange policy notice, BNM and Paynet guideline are preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word). 

• Proactive team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and counterparties.
