JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise installation and servicing of specialized machinery, performing hands-on work when required.
• Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance practices, emphasizing zero-energy state during servicing.
• Deliver responsive customer support via phone and ensure timely follow-up documentation, including service records and trip reports.
• Work on holidays and weekends as part of routine responsibilities.
• Travel extensively, including international assignments, to meet customer needs.

• Possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working as Service Engineer / Maintenance roles for Mechanical or Heavy Machineries.

• Strong technical skills in machine troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance.

   

• Knowledge in PLC Application would be added advantage.
• Open to travel for work to service machineries for regional clients.
