Job Responsibility

• Manage day-to-day activities related to project execution and coordination.

• Develop and deliver precise 3D models to support design requirements.

• Prepare detailed drawings for construction and facilities management purposes.

• Collaborate with site teams and contractors to address and resolve project issues promptly.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance of BIM models throughout all project phases.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in M&E Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong technical proficiency in 3D modelling and project coordination.

• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience as a BIM Modeller.

• Skilled in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
