• Communicate QA strategy, planning, and issues with team members and other managers.
• Take responsibility for overall QA planning, project progress monitoring, and risk identification.
• Ensure all QA deliverables meet quality standards and criteria.
• Provide high visibility on project status, issues, and best practices.
• Create metrics for analysing overall QA projects and costs.

• 5+ years of experience working with Java (JDK11+).
• Experience in developing test strategies, planning, and scheduling.
• Broad understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Experience in initiating and implementing improvement actions for team development.
• Proficiency with source control systems, preferably Git.
