JOB Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources (internal systems, business reports, customer data, etc.) to support decision-making and evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Perform data visualization using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Colab, etc.

• Create and maintain data tables and regular reports to serve relevant departments (product, customer service, sales, development, etc.).

• Check and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data during processing and analysis.

• Participate in optimizing the data collection and processing workflow, as well as automating work processes (workflow automation) to improve the efficiency of the internal team and related departments.

• Report analysis results, propose improvement directions, and communicate with supervisors or related teams, using Japanese in communication or presentations when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or BJT J2 or higher.

• Able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in a Japanese working environment.

• Strong logical thinking skills, keen with numbers and data, with a willingness to learn and explore issues based on actual data.

• Meticulous, highly responsible, and focused on data quality.

• Progressive mindset, eager to develop skills in the field of Data Analysis / Data Science.

• Good teamwork skills and effective communication with other departments.

• Candidates without experience are also welcome, if they demonstrate potential and a mindset suitable for the position.

• PREFERRED

  • Candidates with experience in the field of data analysis (data analysis, business analysis, data visualization, etc.).

  • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.

  • Knowledge of or experience working with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, or similar BI systems.
