- 倉庫内の安全管理と規定遵守の徹底

In this impactful role, you will lead a diverse warehouse team, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety rules and regulatory standards
- Oversee daily warehouse tasks including inventory, shipping, and operational workflows
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve team goals
- Track and report KPIs, using data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with shipping carriers to reduce costs and improve delivery speed
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or delivery issues promptly

- チームやプロジェクトをまとめたリーダーシップ経験 3〜5年
- 大卒以上
- リーダーシップ（しっかりと計画を立ててチームを導けること）
- コミュニケーション能力
- 問題解決力、判断力（ビジネスと顧客を理解して意思決定ができること）
- 向学心
- 国際的・多様なチームで働く意欲
- 日本語：流暢
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- 化学、薬学、経営学などの学位
- 化学品や危険物の取り扱い経験
- Power BI やマクロ等のデータ分析ツールに強い方歓迎
- 5-10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing people or projects
- Ability to work effectively in an international and diverse team
- Strong leadership with the ability to plan work and support team performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to operational details
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
- University degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience handling chemical materials is an advantage
- Skills in Power BI, data reporting tools, and Macros are highly valued
