Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise quality verification and inspection processes for new and existing products
• Coordinate with 3PL teams to ensure accurate execution of quality protocols and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with global and partner QA teams to resolve product issues and handle complaint investigations
• Analyse quality data, maintain documentation, and prepare management reports including destruction records
• Monitor warehouse operations through regular site visits and support corrective actions to reduce product destruction
• Support claim management and product recalls while safeguarding against counterfeit activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other related fields
• More than 6 years of quality leadership experience in the food, alcohol, packaging, or consumer goods industry
• Knowledge with SAP, Microsoft or Google office tool
• Familiarity with spirits production processes and quality control
• Fluent level spoken and written English and Japanese
