Job Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Management

• Develop and implement short- and mid term financial plans

• Manage cash flow planning to ensure liquidity

• Oversee company assets (receivables, inventory, fixed assets)

• Prepare and control budget plans, analyze financial results, and report to management and HQ

• Ensure tax compliance, update legal regulations and propose solutions 

• Implement internal controls and manage financial risks

• Advise on cost optimization, effective investment, and resolve potential issues

   

IT Management

• Build and execute IT strategies aligned with company and group needs

• Ensure cybersecurity, prevent attacks, establish security policies and contingency plans

• Manage IT infrastructure, assets, and software development projects within budget

Job Requirements

• Having Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Internal Control, Auditing, or related fields

• Having IT degree is a plus

• Proficiency in English or Japanese
• Having minimum 10 years of management experience in finance, accounting, and IT
• Mandatory experience in large- scale EPE environments

• Having strong expertise in accounting, finance, taxation, and legal compliance

• Knowledge of IT systems (infrastructure and applications), ERP

• Strong leadership and succession planning skills
