                                                                                                                                            Our client, a well-known hotel, is hiring for a general manager. This role will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage department heads across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive performance and manage cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
