JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in identifying and develop new business opportunities in target markets

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Present and promote the company’s products to potential clients.

• Implement strategic sales plans for market penetration and revenue growth.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure with supervision.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and customer support.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide regular sales reports and insights to Management

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2years of experience in building materials is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

• Highly sales driven, motivated and resilient with a positive attitude.

• Self-Motivated & Team player

   

• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Korean language is an advantage 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

• Willing to travel (as often as once/month)
