JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Process Integration and Optimization: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, and optimize manufacturing processes, alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Implement best practices and methodologies
  to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and environmental sustainability.
  Equipment Selection and Design: Evaluate, select, and design manufacturing equipment and
  tooling, taking into consideration specific requirements related to motor production.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to ensure the chosen equipment meets industry standards and
  production needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  across manufacturing processes, equipment efficiency, and environmental performance.
  Implement sustainable solutions that contribute to operational excellence

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
• Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a significant focus on process integration, equipment design, and motor-related
  processes.
• In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards, and experience implementing processes in accordance with these standards.
