PR/096342 | Fragrance Development Manager

The company is a player in the fragrance and flavor industry.

They are seeking a Fragrance Development Manager who will manage all internal aspects of fragrance development projects, coordinating with Perfumers, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the successful execution of customer briefs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage all internal aspects of the projects (coordinate with Perfumers, R&D, Applications Lab, Marketing, CIMR and Sales/Sales Service) and interpret customer’s briefs related to fragrance development in Personal care and Air care category.

• Set up action plans for important briefs with clear schedules and execute strategy to support overall success of the projects assigned.

• Active involvement in guiding/discussing with Perfumers in the creative/modification process, developing a common communication platform with the Perfumers.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of Chemistry

• Knowledge of Aroma Chemicals

   

• At least 7 -10 years of fragrance creative development experience
