JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Maintain and expand customer networks domestically and internationally.
• Monitor market trends and propose new business approaches.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Accounting, Technical, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for the Management Board.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of plastic resins / PVC raw materials.
• Good English skills (communication and technical reading).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strategic mindset, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Preferred candidates with industry customer connections or experience working with Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese/ Vietnamese PVC using companies in cables industry, medical industry,…
