Our client is a Malaysian engineering company specializing in green technology and renewable energy solutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Executive to join a dynamic team in Penang. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about financial accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day administration of finance and accounts operations, including staff supervision

• Ensuring the preparation of accurate, timely and relevant statutory and management reports to comply with regulatory requirements and support strategic business goal

• Controlling and reviewing finance processes and reporting activities

• Managing cash flow forecast, AR, AP and other treasury related activities

• Compiling and reviewing audit schedules, liaising with auditors and reviewing statutory audit reports

Job Requirements

• Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports

• Adapts well to changes in accounting standards, organizational processes and industry regulations

• At least 3 years of experience in full set accounting

• Candidate with leadership experience has added advantage
