A leading automotive parts manufacturer specializing in plastic injection and OEM components, currently looking for Product/Process Engineering Senior Manager/Manager role. This role involves leading the engineering team to make production smarter by improving processes, adding automation, and helping the team to grow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tools, jigs, and automation systems to make plastic injection manufacturing faster and more effective.

• Drive projects that reduce waste and move the company toward smart, connected manufacturing.
• Use automation and process improvements to lower manpower needs while boosting productivity.
• Apply PLC programming to streamline and improve production operations.
• Guide and support team members, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.

• At least 10 years in plastic injection manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0.
• PLC programming, robotics, and AI familiarity are a plus.
• Strong team leadership and negotiation skills with suppliers.
