【Job Responsibilities】
We are seeking experienced Embedded Software Engineers to develop critical, real-time in-vehicle systems in the Chubu region, including customer technical support and development of AUTOSAR-compliant software. The role involves the full development lifecycle, from detailed design to implementation and unit testing.

• Software Development: Perform design, implementation, testing, and debugging of embedded software using C/C++.
• RTOS Systems: Develop systems that utilize a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) for in-vehicle applications (e.g., periphery monitoring).
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for the development of customer in- vehicle systems.
• Design & Testing: Lead detailed design and unit test design efforts.
• Collaboration: Maintain smooth and effective communication within the department and with customers.

Qualifications
【Required】

• Japanese Level: N3 and above
• Embedded Experience: Experience in embedded software development (design, implementation, testing, debugging).
• RTOS Experience: Experience in developing systems that use a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS).
• Design Focus: Experience in detailed design and unit test design.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills and ability to read English technical documents.

【Preferred Experience】

• System Design: Experience in system design and integration test design.
• AUTOSAR: Knowledge of the AUTOSAR standard.
• Security: Knowledge of Security standards.
• Version Control: Experience using version control tools such as Git and SVN.
• Documentation: Experience in proposing specifications and creating requirements definition documents.
