JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage QC Team for daily quality control activities.
• Monitor quality of raw materials, components, semi-finished, and finished products to meet specifications.
• Develop and update work instructions for the QC department.
• Oversee vendor and supplier quality performance.
• Analyze production defects and implement improvements for products and processes.
• Prepare and report on outgoing finished goods quality performance.
• Conduct training for new QC inspectors and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Consolidate shift issues and report to superiors, providing backup for absent QC inspectors.

   

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working as Quality Engineering roles in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee QC team.
