Our client is a global-leader in electric & electronics components.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager in Hanoi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, as you will work closely with Chinese-speaking partners and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for electric components.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in electrical components or industrial products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical components is highly desirable.
