Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Analyse business performance and deliver monthly reports
- Develop and evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives
- Manage budget control to optimise resource allocation
- Coordinate brand controlling topics and improvement projects
- Serve as liaison with HQ controllers and support compliance efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 3 years of experience in finance and controlling
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English (German is a plus)
