OVERVIEW
Our client in Japanese construction industry is looking for Procurement Professional that will focuses on strategic sourcing, vendor management, and risk mitigation specific to the demands of construction environment. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of all operations needs (goods and services)

• Assess potential suppliers and partners (or vendors) based on established requierment 

• Draft and formalize PO, contract, and service agreement  

• Engage in negotiation of cost, material specifications, and lead time to optimize total cost of ownership 

• Perform market intelligence analysis to pinpoint emerging sourcing and shifts in the supply landscape 

• Manage logistics and expedite orders by continously tracking status and proactively addressing supply chain disruptions 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in any major 

• Min. 10 years of work experience as procurement/purchasing, specifically in EPC industry 

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills 

• Familiar with regulation for import process
