JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of Halal Assurance System as well as monitor Halal files and documents from time to time to ensure information is up to date.
• To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product, ensuring compliance to Food Safety and Halal requirements.
• To lead Halal internal and external audit as well as facilitate QMS certification audits.
• To handle customer complaint investigations and propose relevant corrective actions.
• To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Halal Management, Food Science, Applied Science or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Halal Management roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in Food Quality Standards and Quality Management System (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000 etc.).
