Our client is an established EMS company, emerging as a market leader in the design and manufacturing of IoT and home automation products. We are now seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join the Production team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sustain and improve process yield through day to day process yield monitoring.
- Ensure process compliance to regulatory standards and customer’s requirements.
- Study, identify and eliminate root causes of failure and improve quality of product.
- Apply problem solving tools to identify root causes and resolve equipment and process issues
- To conduct process and operation studies to minimize risks, costs and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
- To define effective manufacturing method and process considering efficiency, productivity, ergonomic, safety and cost effective
- Coordinate NPI activities of equipment/line set up, buyoff & qualification.
- Coordinate qualification/validation for product/process according to defined standards/requirements in engineering documents
- Ownership and maintain all process engineering’s documents up to date
- Support/lead Kaizen project for continuous improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics in (Electrical/Electronics) Engineering, (Mechanical) Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering, (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) Engineering, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in process engineering
- Excellent technical skills for assembly, conformal coating, potting & electronics industries backend process
- Strong analytical skill, systematic problem-solving approach skill & statistical knowledge.
- Project management, New Product Introduction & process sustaining
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
