Our client is the exclusive authorized importer and dealer of luxury supercars in Thailand.

They are seeking a skilled and energetic Sales Manager to lead the team and drive growth in Thailand’s premium car market.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Working Hours: Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 – 18:00

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
• Develop strategies to grow sales and customer base.
• Build strong relationships with VIP clients and corporate buyers.
• Oversee the full sales process (lead generation → delivery).
• Collaborate with marketing/events for brand promotion.
• Ensure top-tier customer service aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Report performance to management.
• Coordinate logistics, finance, insurance, and documentation.
• Manage allowances, commissions, and vendor relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in automotive sales (luxury brands preferred).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of luxury car market and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and passion for high-end cars.
• Flexible schedule for events.
• Fluent in Thai and English (other languages are a plus).
