Join a publicly listed AI-focused startup that's driving innovation in intelligent systems and agent-based architecture. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll play a core role in enhancing and optimizing the company's AI Agent framework, which powers a wide range of products across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external teams, building high-performance, multi-tenant runtime environments and scalable backend systems supporting the next generation of AI-driven applications.

• Design, develop, and enhance AI agent frameworks using Python.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend architecture to enable multi-agent interaction.
• Lead technology selection and development process improvement, supporting the growth of other engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AI, data, and product teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Optimize performance and ensure stability for complex distributed systems.

必須条件経験・スキル：

• Pythonを使用したアプリケーション開発経験（3年以上）
• 機械学習（ML）・自然言語処理（NLP）に関する実務経験
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS/GCP/Azure）およびコンテナ技術（Docker、Kubernetes）の利用経験
• AI/ML、チャットボット、生成AI、NLP、エージェントフレームワークの研究・開発経験

• 多国籍環境で開発を進められること（経験があればベスト）

• 日本語、または英語のどちらか一方がビジネスレベル以上であること

• チームリードまたはテクニカルリーダー経験、またはその素質・意欲
• Pythonを中心としたバックエンド設計・アーキテクチャ構築経験
• クラウド環境でのスケーラブルシステム開発経験

• 3+ years of practical experience in Python application development.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in AI/ML, chatbots, generative AI, NLP, or agent frameworks.

• Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural teams.

• Japanese: Business level.

• English: Business level.

• Team leadership experience or strong orientation toward technical mentorship.
• Deep knowledge of Python-based architectures and backend design.
