Accountant

Our client is seeking a Fund Accountant to provide high-quality accounting and reporting services for real estate investment clients. This role involves managing financial deliverables, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Review and prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with JGAAP.
• Manage fund administration processes and ensure timely delivery of client reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and minimize risk by following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.

• Fluency in Japanese and conversational English.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in fund or real estate accounting.
• Strong understanding of JGAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
