Job Title:                             Restaurant Manager (Japanese Speaking, JLPTN3+)

Location:                             Bangkok (BTS accessible) 

Job Type:                            Tuesday - Sunday from 11:00-14:30 and 17:00-22:00

Responsibility:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. 

   

• Handle customer requests, reservations, etc. 

• Manage team schedule of approximately 10 staff, including staff guidance and evaluation. 

• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with the health regulations.

• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and ordering request. 

• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic accounting tasks. 

• Support Japanese management on promotions, menu updates, and other business improvements. 

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experienced in working at Japanese restaurant as Manager/Assistant Manager/Leader role.
• Proficient in Japanese (minimum intermediate or JLPTN3).
• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate) will be an advantage.
• Service mind and cheerful personality will be an advantage.
