Job Overview: Looking for designing professinal into Plumbing & Fire Fighting Engineer MEP using AutoCAD.

• Develop plumbing and firefighting systems for industrial & other buildings.  
• Coordination with architect and structure team.  
• Material selection for plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Design of sewage, water, utility, gas, and firefighting systems.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity/Costing based on drawing & specification.  
• Preparing calculations in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and capable of extracting quantities using AutoCAD/PDF drawings.  
• Coordination with external fire consultant and architect for approval of building fire NOC drawings and handling documentation and required changes.  
• Proven team player with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage construction drawings and documentation for PHE systems.  
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and shop teams to address complex design and coordination challenges.  
• Stay updated with local and central codes.  
• Preparation of GFC drawings and coordination with site teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in design & documentation of plumbing and firefighting systems with practical AutoCAD experience.  
• Knowledge of all relevant codes regarding local fire and authority codes for liaisoning purposes (NFPA, NBC, IS & NFPA).  
• Hydraulic calculation using Elite software.  
• Ability to work with fire authority, consultants, and other responsible personnel.
