JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain standard CMM programs for component inspection, including setup and operation.

• Update and manage existing CMM programs on the server.

• Inspect production and first-article parts according to engineering drawings.

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot inspection methods.

• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.

• Follow all relevant SOPs and company policies.

• Support new methods and concepts for process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to the Section Leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate (or higher).

• Minimum 3 years of experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).

• Proficient in English (reading and writing).

• Skilled in operating CMM machines and interpreting CMM reports.

• Experience in CMM programming and operation.
