【Recruitment Background】
The company continues to grow as a comprehensive trading company for DX, achieving ¥110.6 billion in sales in the fiscal year ending August 2024. They are now taking on further challenges, with a goal of reaching a ¥1 trillion valuation.

The department's mission is to "create services that sell and boost Japan's productivity." Their scope is intentionally broad, covering in-house businesses, collaborations on client's new ventures, M&A, and capital alliances. They build a wide array of assets, including expertise, know-how, and services that leverage the company's strengths. Recent business themes are diverse, including cutting-edge technology development, regional revitalization, office DX, and generative AI application. They are recruiting a Backend Engineer to handle development for both existing businesses and emerging ventures within these themes.

In this role, you will drive projects through short cycles from planning to execution, constantly tuning and verifying them for success. This position offers a unique combination: you will experience development at a scale unavailable in most startups and ventures, along with a sense of speed unmatched in large corporations.

【Responsibilities】
You will form small teams with business and creative personnel, primarily taking on backend development using the Go language for new product development, feature improvement, and new feature creation. This position involves development that leverages AI Agents, particularly Devin.

・Technology selection, feasibility verification, and architecture design.
・Planning and developing new products (requirements definition, design, and implementation).
・Planning, developing, and operating new features and improving existing products.
・Directing product development.
*While your main focus will be on backend development, candidates who desire a full-stack role are also welcome!

【MUST】
・5+ years of backend development experience for web applications
・Development experience with the Go programming language
・Experience designing software architecture and selecting middleware
・Experience with modern programming languages
