Job Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes
• Lead and manage the finance team (1 Assistant Manager + 4 staff)
• Oversee General Affairs and HR team (5 staff)
   

Job Requirements

• Analytical skills in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Experience in general affairs and human resources is preferred
