A leading global technology enterprise is seeking a Bridge & Lead Software Engineer (Japanese, Frontend, UI-UX) to join.

Job Description

• Lead software development projects for embedded controller software used in multifunction printer (MFP) devices, ensuring technical quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Act as a bridge between the Vietnam development team and the Japan headquarters, facilitating smooth communication and technical alignment.

• Develop user interfaces and front-end components for embedded systems using modern programming technologies.

• Conduct debugging and evaluation of MFP-related software using actual devices and simulators.

• Manage project planning, progress tracking, and quality assurance to deliver high-performance, reliable software solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers to enhance team capability and ensure project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development management or 5 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in UI/UX, JavaScript, or C++.

• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level or higher, and intermediate-level English communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with Japanese clients or teams is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Motivation to build a long-term career and contribute as a core member of the organization.

• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
