[English Only ] Lead Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

A Global Retail firm is looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer (Flutter).

You will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
Working closely with backend, QA, and design teams, you’ll help define app architecture, ensure performance and stability, and implement modern development practices. This is a hands-on engineering role with opportunities to influence product direction and contribute to the continuous evolution of our app ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver features that delight users
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following Flutter and Dart best practices
- Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and backend services
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and release processes
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across multiple device types
- Implement unit and widget tests to ensure high-quality releases
- Support and mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and reviewing code
- Continuously explore new tools and frameworks, including AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and code quality

Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, other WFH)

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience developing mobile apps, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter
- Experience in building Flutter apps using clean architecture
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, MVVM)
- Experience building and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend integration
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
