[English Only ] Lead SRE / DevOps Engineer

A Global Real estate firm is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer.

In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our applications and services. You’ll ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure — while continuously improving deployment pipelines and development efficiency.
You’ll work closely with engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile teams to optimize our cloud infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain a high standard of service availability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize AWS environments (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, ElasticCache, EKS, etc.)
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or CircleCI for consistent, automated deployments
- Monitor, log, and alert on system performance using modern observability tools
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
- Collaborate with developers to improve application reliability and performance
- Maintain strong security and compliance practices across systems
- Continuously improve operational efficiency using automation and AI-based monitoring or testing tools

Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri
Working Style: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, other WFH)

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineer
- Hands-on AWS experience in deploying and managing production workloads
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Experience with Linux environments and containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of network fundamentals and cloud security best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
