JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive IP strategy and embed innovation into workflows

• Define and execute R&D roadmap aligned with business goals

• Lead cross-functional innovation across engineering and design

• Architect scalable tech platforms and guide software development

• Build and mentor a high-performing, innovative R&D team

• Translate PoCs into production-ready, compliant products

• Manage vendors, partnerships, and technical integrations

• Oversee agile R&D execution, metrics, and roadmap governance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Engineering or related field

• Min 5 years in R&D or engineering leadership (robotics/computer vision a plus)

• Familiar with patent filing, vendor management, and compliance standards

• Experience scaling R&D prototypes to production

• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
