• Lead and contribute to the development of large-scale master plans across diverse geographies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, engineers, and sustainability experts.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and communities to understand needs and translate them into innovative planning solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and feasibility assessments.
• Strong concept design, masterplanning, and visualisation skills.

• A professional degree in Architecture or Landscape with a master's in urban design
• 5-8+ years post-qualification experience working on medium and/or large-scale urban design/master planning projects (project experience from the Middle East is a plus)
