Job Responsibilities: 

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.

2. Budgeting and cost controlling 

3. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process

4. Administer and manage contracts related to MEP works, including variations and claims.

5. Monitor contractual compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise during the project.

6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in MEP construction.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.

• Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in industrial, commercial or data-centre projects.

• Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.

• Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.

• Good communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work well in a team, independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
