Company Overview
Our client is a well-established Japanese manufacturing company.
Job Descriptions
Provide IT helpdesk support and maintain all company IT equipment and systems.
- Set up, configure, and monitor PCs, servers, and networks to ensure stable operation.
- Manage data backup, system security, and minimize downtime.
- Advise on IT upgrades and collaborate with other departments on related tasks.
Requirements
- Graduated from Uni.– major in IT/ Computer Science/ Computing/ Computer Engineering/ Cybersecurity/ Network Engineering Electronics & Telecommunications … or equivalent.
- At least 03 years of working experience in IT Help Desk, domain management, mail systems, web hosting, Systems Engineer or Security.
- Proficiency in server and basic network administration, database installation and management, operating systems, and data backup systems.
- Good English communication, strong reading and comprehension skills.
