【 Job Description】

Web application development, including the addition of new functions, performance improvement, technical improvement and renewal, utilizing offshore development (Indonesian subsidiary) in Rakuraku-Seisan.

【Examples】
1. Management of development work for an Indonesian subsidiary
・Progress management of development projects to be outsourced to Indonesia.
・Communicate requirements and specifications and confirm acceptance of deliverables.

2. Provide development support to the Indonesian subsidiary
・Understand the contents of questions/consultations and explain/answer them in an easy-to-understand manner.
・Improvement activities to improve productivity/quality/development utilization rate/technical capabilities of the Indonesian subsidiary.

3. Optimal team building with Indonesian subsidiary
・Building a team for both Japan and Indonesia for optimal development as the development team has just been formed.
・Optimization and improvement of offshore development process between Japan and Indonesia.

4. Business trip to Indonesia subsidiary
 Business trip to the offshore development site to understand the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen relationships.
 *On the Indonesian side, there is a Japanese representative and local PM/PL/development members.
 *Assumed to be about 2-3 months, 1-2 times a year

5. Other human resource development, etc.
・In the future, train and mentor junior bridge engineers.
・Assume the management of the offshore development team in Japan, which is expected to expand.

【 Working conditions 】

Upper limit of ¥100,000/month

■Family allowance
One child 30,000 yen/month, two children 50,000 yen/month, three or more 60,000 yen/month until 18 years old.
*Assistant managers and managers are not eligible for this allowance.

■Commuting in plain clothes

■Timely shift system / Monthly shift system
To promote flexibility in working methods, working hours can be changed on a daily/monthly basis in 30-minute increments up to one hour before or after.
E.g. 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm, 9.30am-6.30pm, 10am-7pm

【Required】
・Experience in English-speaking countries or bridging development projects with English-speaking countries
・Business level language skills in English and Japanese
 *Japanese language skills equivalent to N2 or above, native Japanese speakers are of course welcome.
・3+ years of experience working in Japan
・Able to travel to Indonesia
 *Able to travel for 2-3 months multiple times a year

【Preferred】
・Experience working in Indonesia or bridging with Indonesia
