Opportunities within the company's Digital & Technology team are unparalleled. Their team stands at the center of new and innovative digital technologies that support the guest and team member experience. This work spans everything from developing cutting-edge theme park facilities in locations like Orlando, Hollywood, Beijing, and Japan, to creating new destinations themed after Halloween Horror Nights in Las Vegas and a children's park in Frisco.

In this role, you will collaborate with business partners and product teams to understand the requirements for the technology solutions being deployed and will be responsible for analyzing the necessary key specifications. You will participate in the solution's testing cycle to confirm that the final design aligns with the original expectations and effectively drives the business forward.
As a member of a global team, you will constantly seek ways to enhance the guest experience—from the planning stages of their trip, through their park visit, to their return home—driving the best possible experience in every aspect.

As a member of the Digital & Technology team, you will work in a global, multinational environment alongside team members from various countries. You will also collaborate with international vendors who support their destinations and experiences around the world. Therefore, please be aware that the primary language for their business operations is English. However, proficiency in other languages, such as Japanese, is a plus for local communication.

Upon joining, you will gain a fundamental understanding of the latest technology related to theme parks and ride solutions globally. The company will work with you to hone your business systems analysis skills. Your role will involve reporting to management layers in both Japan and the United States. Regardless of your tenure, you will have the opportunity to engage with the operations of other parks worldwide, providing a significant avenue for professional growth.

■Overview
The Digital Product & Transformation team is focused on driving product strategy to evolve and enhance the guest experience across Universal Destinations & Experiences. As a Digital Product Analyst, the primary function of this role is to support the team of Product Managers and Product Owners in defining and developing new features for the theme park's guests and crew members.

●Product Definition
You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Design, and business stakeholders to define detailed requirements and Acceptance Criteria for new digital products and features.

You will define and document user stories for the product, enabling technical design, development, and testing.

●Product Delivery
・You will facilitate Product Backlog Grooming sessions with the Digital & Technology delivery teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements.
・You will participate in the Scrum team's agile ceremonies, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
・You will conduct Product Acceptance Testing throughout the development cycle to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

●User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
・You will coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders from Marketing & Sales, Finance, and Operations departments.
・You will document UAT test cases aligned with new product requirements and acceptance criteria.
・You will gather business user feedback collected during UAT and collaborate with the Product Owner and D&T Quality Engineers to assess and prioritize the feedback for defect fixes and/or product enhancements in the backlog.
・You will clearly communicate UAT results to business stakeholders, including USJ and UDX leadership, to support decision-making regarding release approval.

●Product Implementation and Support
・You will partner with Business Transformation to ensure that product features are aligned with operations and business processes.
・You will represent the digital product team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
・You will support the Product Owner in measuring the success of newly implemented products and features, enabling informed future product planning and communication of outcomes to business stakeholders.

スキル・資格

●3+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology, Business/Product Analysis, or related fields.
●Experience supporting digital experiences for consumer websites and mobile applications.
●Experience working with software engineers and quality assurance teams in agile digital technology delivery programs.
●Experience defining customer journeys and digital product roadmaps.
●Experience managing product backlogs (including feature definition, requirements, prioritization, and sprint planning).
●Organizational and documentation skills.
●Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
●Experience with executive communication that influences decision-making.
●Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts concisely and clearly.
