プロジェクトマネージャー /Project Manager

職務内容 

• 複数プロジェクトの同時進行管理（品質・スケジュール遵守）
• プロジェクト計画・スケジュールの作成および進行管理
• エンジニアや関連部門とのクロスファンクショナル連携
• 顧客アップグレード依頼のオンボーディング・統合作業の調整
• ステークホルダーへのタスク・アクション・タイムラインの明確な共有
• 進捗報告、課題・リスクの特定およびエスカレーション
• プロセス・手順の策定および文書化
• Upgrade Services チームのメンバー2名のマネジメント

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and on‑time delivery.
• Build and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate collaboration across engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of customer upgrade requests.
• Communicate tasks, action items, and step‑by‑step timelines to stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and escalate blockers, risks, and issues.
• Develop and document processes and procedures.
• Manage two direct reports on the Upgrade Services teams

必須要件

• 5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 学士号（経営学、マネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野）
• クロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携し、エンドツーエンドでプロジェクトを推進した経験
• 語学要件：日本語：JLPT N2以上（ビジネスレベル必須）
  英語：読み書き・会話ともに流暢であること

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project management 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science or related field. 
• Experience coordinating projects end to end with various cross functional stakeholder groups. 
• Language Requirement:
  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (Business proficiency required)
  • English: Fluent in spoken and written communication
