Responsibilities:

• Fix supply parameters aligned with stock and service policies
• Consolidate and analyse global demand variations to support accurate forecasting
• Perform supply planning and analyse projected stock equations on a monthly and weekly basis
• Align demand and supply through proactive process management
• Assess low and excess stock situations and develop solutions with commercial teams
• Build global supply plans based on validated forecasts, promotion plans, and procurement parameters
• Manage and monitor the replenishment process to ensure timely supply execution
• Reduce shortages by identifying root causes and defining corrective action plans
• Set supply priorities with international suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory in line with objectives
• Analyse obsolete and slow-moving stock and implement action plans
• Build budgets and stock trend reports and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in supply or production planning
• Proven experience in numerical analysis with an engineering, math, or scientific background strongly recommended
• Prior SAP experience preferred
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
