• Working hours: Full- time, Monday to Friday

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Vietnamese legal and tax regulations, especially those passionate about wealth management and cross - border financial planning. You will work closely with Wealth Relationship Managers to provide strategic legal and tax solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide legal and tax advisory services in compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations
• Recommend optimal tax planning strategies based in individual client profiles and business structures
• Design cross - border wealth management structures, including asset protection and succession planning, integrating financial products and legal frameworks
• Collaborate with Wealth Relationship Managers to draft and implement wealth transmission and capital flow structures
• Monitor regulation changes and assess their impact on client portfolios and company operations
• Liaise with external legal and tax consultants, government authorities, and financial institutions when necessary
• Ensure all legal and tax documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client objectives

Job Requirements

• Having Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
• Having minimum 5 years of experience in legal and tax advisory, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or consulting
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax laws, corporate law, and international wealth structuring
• Having experience in cross - border transactions, asset protections, and estate planning
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English ( both written and spoken)
