PR/159676 | INSPECTOR OF WORKS (M&E) - BASED IN PASIR GUDANG

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct inspections and quality audits of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works at the construction site.
• Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to technical requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor and verify daily reports, material deliveries, and site activities.
• Facilitate communication between consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and participate in site meetings.
• Review and optimize designs, providing technical support across disciplines.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian laws and company procedures.
• Perform defect inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented during the Defect Liability Period.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Site Supervision / Inspector of Works for M&E projects, proficiency in CAD software would be added advantage.
• Registered Inspector of Works under BEM.
